Psalm 6
O LORD, do not rebuke
in your anger or discipline
in your wrath.
Be merciful to
LORD, for
is faint;
O LORD, heal
for
bones are in agony.
soul is in anguish. How long, O LORD, how long?
Turn, O LORD, and deliver
save
because of your unfailing love.
No one remembers you when they are dead.
Who praises you from the grave?
eyes grow weak with sorrow; they fail because of all
foes.
Away from
all you who do evil,
for the LORD has heard
weeping.
The LORD has heard
cry for mercy;
the LORD accepts
prayer.
All
enemies will be ashamed and dismayed;
they will turn back in sudden disgrace.
