- Performed 8 Judge Advocate General Manual Investigations, ranging from suicide to police brutality to petty theft, with 100% concurrence by reviewing authorities.
- Sat on several multi-disciplinary committees overseeing domestic violence cases, responsible for policy, procedures and implementation of treatment.
- Senior Member on over two dozen Administrative Discharge Boards.
- Worked with PhD student for his thesis for Gordon-Cromwell University.

- A Navy Family Service Center as contacts rose from 732 to over 3,000 per month
- A multi-disciplinary subcommittee overseeing the supervision, staffing, progression and resolution of over 180 Family Advocacy Program cases.
- Leadership Mobile Training Team. Awarded Letter of Commendation.
Marketing Experience:
- Increased requests for Navy’s Leadership Course from 7 to 42 per quarter.
- Increased Family Service Center monthly contacts from 732 to 3,000 in 2 yrs.
- Raised requests for Deployment Cycle Programs from 0% to 100% of deploying squadrons in 1 year by creating a marketing strategy and putting it to work.
- Increased participation in weekend retreats by 15%.
- Represented current employer at Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce meetings for over
3 years, establishing quality contacts for employers and customers.
- As Combined Federal Campaign Coordinator set records for money collected 2 years in a row.
